Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation, usually within minutes. If you don't receive an email within 24 hours, send an email  to [email protected] before placing another order.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.

Send us a photo of your damaged item and we will contact the manufacturer to endeavour to get you a new item. However, we recommend hand washing all your lingerie and swimwear. If you really must use the washing machine, please use a lingerie bag and the delicate cycle but you do so at your own risk!

Before shipping your order, you can get a full refund back onto the same method you used to pay for your order. After an item is shipped, you can get a refund but not for any postage costs. So, if you used a gift card or a credit note, your money will go back to a credit note or gift card.
